Data used
The platform stores account details, learning progress, bookings, payment status and classroom access records needed to provide English lessons. Card and PayPal credentials are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored here.
Page views
Page views are counted by a self-hosted analytics service (Nanolytics). For each page view, the page path, referrer site, browser, operating system and date are recorded locally. Nothing recorded identifies you, and no data leaves the server. If your browser sends "do not track" or Global Privacy Control, you are not counted at all.
Why and how long
Account and teaching records are used to deliver the service. Financial records may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it; other account data can be deleted from the profile page.
Processors
Depending on the configured service, data may pass through the hosting provider, email provider, Stripe, PayPal, calendar provider or LiveKit server.
Your choices
You can update or delete your profile from your account. For access, correction or deletion requests, use the contact details supplied by your teacher.
